Short bioBorn at 92 4th Street in Passaic (between Hudson and Monroe streets) and lived there for 6 years. Charlotte took care of Jana (Johanna). Charlotte enrolled in the Polish school at age 8, only there a few months because the school burned down. Reportedly she couldn’t discern left from right and had a 140 IQ. She worked for the city of Kenilworth, NJ. Her Social Security card indicates she spelled her name Charlotte Madansky (her father was Majdanski). Married twice, both husbands dead. Lived in Florida for years. No children. Charlotte died of lung cancer.
